Ms. Rut Rivera-Encarnacion – Founder –  Pivot Resolutions, LLC

She is a seasoned Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Conflict Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors, as well as the U.S. Federal Government. With a mission to normalize conversations around conflict and reframe it as an opportunity for workplace and organizational transformation, she supports change management, decision-making, and complex problem-solving processes.

Over the course of her career, she has served as a mediator and negotiator in more than 3,000 civil and criminal cases, achieving a 95% resolution rate between parties. She has also led multiple interventions in commercial disputes involving contracts, service delivery, and competition. Her goal is to empower all parties to resolve disputes responsibly and constructively.

With a background in Law, Arbitration, and Mediation, she brings deep expertise in conflict resolution, process improvement, negotiations, contract and document management, change management, strategic planning, and project management. She has successfully supported organizations at various stages of development—directing mediation processes, facilitating negotiations and team-building initiatives, coaching, preparing agreements, and delivering impactful trainings and briefings.Her services include individual and organizational assessments, coaching and mentoring, conflict interventions, facilitative dialogue, mediation and arbitration, meeting facilitation, system design, ombuds services, and tailored trainings.
