Dr. Ann Olivarius KC (Hon) OBE

Dr. Ann Olivarius KC (Hon) OBE is Chair of the Executive Committee of McAllister Olivarius, an international law firm specializing in cases of sexual misconduct and discrimination. She advised worked with a number of high-profile clients, from heads of state including Bill Clinton, Margaret Thatcher, and Queen Rania to celebrities like Rose McGowan and Demi Moore. She also advised Nelson Mandela, who described her as “a lawyer who has advised me well and who has courageously advanced the cause of justice, and improved life opportunities, for hundreds of millions of women, blacks and disadvantaged, worldwide.” Ann has since achieved landmark settlements for survivors of abuse, successfully suing children’s homes, care homes, prominent schools, and major international religious bodies, including the first ever civil claim brought against the Jehovah’s Witnesses for child abuse. She has also coordinated international efforts to bring perpetrators to justice.
